For conferences, we offer a variety of differing lunch options tailored to suit your individual requirements.
An example of our lunch options are included, so provide a flavour of what is available. Detailed are our Finger Buffet options, Fork Buffet options, and new for 2009 our Spud Station, a healthy option, all giving organisers the option to chose their personal favourites.
The menus are shown not to be restrictive, but to present an indication of the menu style. We, as the Conference & Events team will always adopt a policy of flexibility to meet client's needs whether these are dietary requirements or specific requests.
We have indicated vegetarian options within each menu, however the Chef can of course write bespoke menu’s to suite any special dietary requirement.
